About the app
- I can't log in to back number app
The following two things are required to log in:
(1) id ARTIST ID (Plus member ID (formerly EMTG ID)), or the email address registered with one room, or your membership number (for gold key members)
(2) The password you set yourself
If you have forgotten your password, please use the password reset service via the "Forgot your password?" link at the bottom of your browser's login screen. When resetting your password, you will need your "id ARTIST ID (Plus member ID (formerly EMTG ID))" (or your registered email address) and your date of birth.
*You cannot reset your password from the app's login screen.
Please note that you are limited to changing your device and reinstalling the app twice per month.
If you exceed the maximum number of times you can perform the above procedure, you will not be able to perform the procedure yourself, so please contact us using the inquiry button below.
