「back number アプリ」のプッシュ通知にて、back numberの情報や、「one room」の更新情報をお知らせしていきます。

ぜひ、通知設定をONにしてください。

アプリの設定だけでなく、端末の設定がOFFになっていた場合は通知が届きませんので、端末の設定もご確認ください。

◆iPhoneの場合
ホーム画面の「設定」→「通知」→「back number」→「通知を許可」をONにし、表示したい項目の設定をONにしてください。

◆Androidの場合
「設定」→「アプリケ―ション（アプリ）」→「アプリケーション管理（アプリを管理）」→「back number」→「通知を表示」をタップしてください。

■Android端末でプッシュ通知を受け取れない場合の対処方法
1．アプリを一度アンインストールし、再度インストールし直してください。
2．端末側の設定画面より、one roomアプリの「キャッシュ削除」「データ削除」を行ってください。
3．アプリを立ち上げ、「通知を許可」に設定していただき、ご自身のID・パスワードにてログインしてください。

※1か月の間に、【3回】アプリにログインしようとするとエラーになる場合があります。

※その場合は、【1か月】経過してから再度お試しください。
