Precautions

  • If a person living in Japan mistakenly enrolls as a "resident outside Japan," or if a person living outside Japan mistakenly enrolls as a "resident in Japan," you will not be able to change your plan unless you cancel your membership. Please note that in such cases, we will not be able to provide a refund or transfer your account information.
  • If you already have a Plus member ID and wish to register as a resident outside of Japan, your account may be registered as a Japanese account. If you are unable to select a nationality other than Japanese during registration, please register again as a new user.
  • If you live outside of Japan, you can only become a member if you reside in a country that can be selected on the credit card payment and membership registration screen.
  • The services offered differ slightly depending on whether you live in Japan or outside of Japan. Currently, the purchase of digital newsletters and member-exclusive merchandise is limited to domestic members. Thank you for your understanding.
  • Please note that the "back number app" and some of the content and services on the site, such as videos and radio, will generally be available in Japanese.
  • Please note that we cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of shipments and will not provide refunds if you do not provide a correct address.
  • If for any reason international mail delivery is not possible, we will not be held responsible for non-delivery of the shipment and will not provide refunds.

  • The newsletter (published twice a year) will be sent to you starting from the issue published the month following your joining month. We will not be able to send you newsletters prior to your joining.
  • Currently, the sale of member-exclusive merchandise is limited to residents of Japan.
    We plan to introduce member-exclusive merchandise sales to those residing outside of Japan in the future.
  • Due to schedule adjustments, member-only events may not be able to be carried out as planned.
  • Invitations to watch the program will be given by lottery, and we cannot guarantee that you will be selected.
  • "Greeting mail" and "Birthday mail" will be delivered in Japanese.
    "Greeting mail" will be sent irregularly.
    "Birthday Mail" will send you an email on the birthday you registered with one room.

  • Depending on the performance, it may not be the fastest and priority registration for members only may not be available.
    Please note that we cannot guarantee that you will receive better seats than those available in the general sale. Also, if you pre-order for "silver keys" with members, they will be available after the pre-order for "gold keys" has been accepted.
  • "Play Room" is available to Gold Key members who have been members for more than one year. Silver Key members and Gold Key members who have been members for less than one year can try out a portion of the service.

Please check before registering as a new member
Duplicate registrations (multiple registrations by one person), applications under other people's names (including family members), and applications made anonymously or under false names are strictly prohibited.
If such behavior is discovered, we will suspend your fan club services and cancel your membership in accordance with our membership terms and conditions.
Please note that in this case, we will not be able to refund membership fees or other fees.
In addition, minors must obtain parental consent before joining.
Your consent will be assumed at the time of your enrollment.
