These Membership Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms") stipulate the rights and obligations of users (defined in Article 1) when using back number official fan club "one room" (hereinafter referred to as "the Service") provided by Ido Entertainment Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "our company"). When using the Service, you must read the entire text of these Terms and Conditions and agree to the Terms as the content of the contract.

Article 1 Scope of Application of These Terms

These Terms and Conditions apply to all customers who use this service.
In these Terms, "Customer" refers to the person who uses the Service. By using the Service, the Customer is deemed to have agreed to the Terms as the content of the contract.

Article 2: Changes to Terms and Conditions, Acceptance

1. We may, at our discretion, make additions, deletions, amendments, or other changes to these Terms and Conditions in the following cases:
1) When the change to these Terms and Conditions is in the general interest of users.
2) When the change to these Terms and Conditions does not contradict the purpose of the contract and is reasonable in light of the necessity of the change, the appropriateness of the content after the change, the content of the change, and other circumstances related to the change.
2. If the Terms are amended as described above, the Company will notify customers by displaying on the Service the fact that the Terms are being amended, the content of the amended Terms, and the effective date of the amendments, or by other appropriate means. The amended Terms will come into effect as of the effective date stated above. The amended Terms will apply to users who use the Service after the amendments to the Terms come into effect.
3. This Service constitutes a "standard transaction" as defined in Article 548-2, Paragraph 1 of the Civil Code, and these Terms and Conditions constitute "standard terms and conditions" as defined in the same paragraph.

Article 3 Use of the Service

1. You shall use the Service in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and any other conditions set forth by the Company.
2. This service is a paid service that can be used by paying information and content usage fees. To use the paid content on this site, customers will be required to register for the paid gold key (annual) or silver key (monthly) course, or for some content, customers will be required to agree to the amount specified individually each time and pay the information fee to our company.
3. The types of charges are listed in the "Notation Based on the Specified Commercial Transactions Act" separately established by our company.
4. All rights, including editorial copyright, related to the Service belong to the Company or a third party that holds the copyright.
5. Customers are prohibited from reproducing, copying, storing, or transferring the content of this Service without our permission.
6. You shall not take any action that threatens or restricts the rights of the Company or any third party regarding the Service, or that may result in such actions.
7. You may not transfer or assign to any third party any rights, authority or obligations you have under these Membership Terms and Conditions.
8. The provision of the Service may be temporarily suspended after prior notice to Members for reasons such as system maintenance and inspection. However, in the event of unforeseen circumstances at our company, the provision of the Service may be temporarily suspended without prior notice.
9. In addition to the information fee, communication fees will be charged separately for the use of this service. If you use a packet service, communication fees will be charged for sending and receiving data.
10. If a customer fails to pay the information fee due, if the fan club determines that the customer is inappropriate as a member, if false or duplicate registrations are found in the member registration information, or if there is any other violation of these membership terms and conditions, the company may suspend the provision of the service to the customer or cancel the membership terms and conditions without any notice or warning. Furthermore, if a member loses their membership status, regardless of the reason, the membership fee and annual membership fee already paid will not be refunded.
11. If you wish to cancel the membership terms of the gold key (annual) or silver key (monthly) course, you will need to complete the cancellation procedure via your mobile device, PC, etc.
12. All procedures for canceling membership terms and conditions via a customer's mobile device, PC, etc. will be treated as procedures initiated by the customer themselves.
13. If we determine that it is difficult to continue operating this service due to the artist's activity status or other circumstances, we will dissolve the association and discontinue this service after notifying members in advance. In this case, we will not refund members any gold key (annual) or silver key (monthly) membership registration fees, paid content usage fees, etc. that have already been paid.

Article 4 Restrictions and Prohibitions of Use

1. If a customer posts malicious content or abuses the inquiry form or support emails, we may restrict their use of some of the services (such as the posting function or inquiry form function).
2. If the above behavior does not improve even after we issue a warning, we may take measures to force the member to withdraw from the membership.
3. It is prohibited to directly or indirectly use abusive language or language that is deemed to be abusive language (the criteria for judgment will not be disclosed), or harassment or language that is deemed to be harassment (the criteria for judgment will not be disclosed) towards our company, our employees, our affiliates, or other members.

Article 5 Handling of Personal Information

1. Regarding the collection and use of personal information, we may ask for your personal information (such as name, email address, birthday, gender, address, telephone number, occupation, whether you are a member of a fan club, etc.) when you register as a member, use our services, register for our email newsletter, apply for a giveaway, or answer a survey.
2. We automatically receive and record information on our server from your browser, such as your IP address, cookie information, and the pages you have viewed or searched for.
3. Our company aims to use information from customers mainly in the following ways:
1) To provide the Service
2) To further enhance the content and services offered by this service
3) To use as a reference for creating statistical data regarding this service
4) To send email newsletters to your email address with your permission.
5) To use for business purposes such as shipping products and gifts
6) For us to contact you

Article 6 Other Disclaimers

1. The Company does not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, reliability, usefulness, etc. of the content of the Service or the information, etc. that the Customer obtains through the Service.
2. Except as provided for in these Membership Terms and Conditions, the Company shall not be liable for any damages incurred for any reason, except in cases where such damages are attributable to the Company's willful misconduct or negligence.

Article 7 Agreed Jurisdiction Court, etc.

If any doubts or disputes arise between us and the customer, we will negotiate in good faith, but if the matter is still not resolved, the Tokyo District Court or the Tokyo Summary Court will be the exclusive court of first instance.

Article 8 Governing Law

The interpretation and application of these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by Japanese law.

Article 9 Severability

1. Even if any provision of these Terms and Conditions is deemed invalid based on laws and regulations, the other provisions of these Terms and Conditions shall remain valid.
2. Even if any provision of these Terms and Conditions is invalid or revoked in relation to a certain user, these Terms and Conditions shall remain valid in relation to other users.
