"Not registered" appears on my back number app page

Please uninstall the app, reinstall it from the App Store/Google Play Store, and then try logging in again from [my page].


If you log in again, or if "Not Registered" is still displayed in My Page after logging into the "back number app",

It is possible that you are logged in using a Plus member ID (email address) other than one room linked ID.

Please verify your correct one room registration information and try logging in again.
