About the "back number app"

Can I still use the "back number app" after changing my phone model?

Even after changing your device, you can continue to use the service by following the prescribed procedures.

1. Install the app on your new smartphone.

2. Please log in using your registered "Plus member ID" and "password".

3. Follow the steps for "SMS (phone number) authentication" and "identity verification procedure," and once your identity has been verified, please log in again.

<Notes>
• The app is limited to one user per ID and one device.
* You cannot log in with a different ID after logging in.

• To prevent misuse, the app cannot be used on multiple devices.
*You cannot log in using someone else's smartphone.

・You cannot register phone numbers such as landlines or IP phones.

- You are allowed to change your device and reinstall the app up to twice a month.

• You can change your registered phone number up to twice a year.

If you exceed the maximum number of times you can perform the above procedure, you will not be able to perform the procedure yourself.

We will check your usage status at the "Ticket Plaza" customer support desk.
