- Can I change my registered country?
Once you have completed your registration (i.e., obtained your Plus member ID), you will not be able to change your registered country.
Please note that we cannot make any changes even if you contact us.
○: Japan → Japan, Overseas → Overseas
×: Japan → Overseas, Overseas → Japan
You can change your registered address information (excluding country) from MY PAGE.
*This procedure cannot be completed through the official app.
