- I registered the wrong name and date of birth in my membership information.
Your name and date of birth cannot be changed on the one room website.
If you wish to change your last name, please do so through your Ticket Plaza My Page.

*Please log in to Ticket Plaza using the ARTIST ID (Plus member ID) registered on the site.
*Please register using the same name as on your official identification document.
*You will not be able to change your last name again for one year from any of the following dates.
- After obtaining a new ID, ARTIST ID (Plus member ID)
- After changing surname
Please carefully review your information before registering to avoid any errors.
If, due to personal circumstances, you wish to change your surname again within one year of your previous surname change or acquisition of your id ARTIST ID (Plus member ID),

Please note that we cannot accept any changes to the name of another person, including family members.
Regarding your date of birth, we generally do not accept changes.
We will only provide support in cases such as "registered with default settings" or "registered with only the year incorrectly." Please contact us via the inquiry form with the following information.
