How do I cancel my membership? / Please tell me how to cancel my membership.

Gold Key (annual fee)

Your membership is valid for one year from the month you join.
If your membership expires and you do not renew it within the renewal grace period (until the end of the month following your membership expiration date), your membership will be automatically terminated.

However, please note that customers currently using automatic credit card recurring payments will need to manually cancel the automatic renewal process.

● For those using automatic recurring credit card payments

Your membership will be automatically renewed using the credit card registered on the 20th of the month in which it expires.

If you do not wish to continue, please go to [my page] → "Credit card confirmation/change" → "Stop automatic renewal" to cancel automatic renewal.

Please note that you can cancel automatic renewal by the 20th of the month in which your membership expires. If you do not cancel by this date, your membership will be automatically renewed.

*Please note that you cannot cancel your subscription from the "back number app". Please log in to one room website via your browser and complete the procedure from [my page].

Please note that if you wish to cancel your membership before your membership expires due to personal circumstances, our office will process your cancellation before the expiration date.
In that case, as per the membership agreement, please note that membership fees and dues cannot be refunded regardless of the validity period.
Furthermore, if you proceed with the cancellation procedure, all member services, including FC ticket applications and the mailing of fan club magazines, will be stopped, even if your membership has not yet expired.
Please note that you will not be able to rejoin using the same membership number.

*As per the membership terms and conditions, please note that membership fees are non-refundable if you cancel your membership before the expiration date.

Those who joined via iTunes account payment through the "back number app" on their iPhone
After canceling your "back number" subscription via iPhone's Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions,
Please access the "my page" section on one room website using Safari and complete the withdrawal process by clicking "Proceed with withdrawal."

Those who joined via Google Play payment through the "back number app" on Android
After canceling your "back number" subscription via the Google Play app's profile icon in the upper right corner → "Payments & subscriptions" → "Subscriptions",
Please access the "my page" section on one room website using Google Chrome and complete the withdrawal process by clicking "Proceed with withdrawal."
