There is no need to submit a withdrawal request, and we do not provide a withdrawal button or a dedicated withdrawal form.
If you do not renew your membership (i.e., pay the annual membership fee) when your membership expires, your membership will be automatically terminated.
<Caution>
If you selected "credit card payment" when you joined or when you renewed your membership last year, "automatic renewal" will be applied.

*Regarding automatic cancellation
On this site, even after your membership expires, you can continue your membership for one month, retaining your membership status (membership number, enrollment date, and renewal count).
This is a temporary relief period for members who wish to continue their membership, and several emails regarding renewal will be sent during this time.

◆Regarding your registered credit card information
You can check, change, or stop your card information on the page accessed from the "Check/Change/Stop Card Information" section within My Page.
The only card information that can be verified is the last three digits of the card number and the card's expiration date.

◆ How to stop automatic credit card renewal
You can suspend your membership until the 20th of the month in which your membership expires.
Example: For those whose membership expires at the end of January ⇒ You can cancel your membership until 23:59 on January 20th.
If you wish to cancel your membership, please remember to complete the cancellation process by the 20th of the month in which your membership expires.
<Caution>
If you do not cancel by the 20th, automatic renewal will be confirmed.
After the 20th of the expiration month, you will no longer be able to cancel the service through your My Page.
Once the renewal is complete and the expiration date is extended, you can stop automatic renewal.
Please note that we cannot cancel your subscription (i.e., issue a refund) regardless of whether you use the site or not.
