[Gold Key (Annual Plan)] Regarding Renewal

I received an email from my credit card company one month before my membership expired, informing me that my membership fee would be deducted.

If you choose credit card payment, a "pre-sale transaction" will be processed one month before your membership expires.

"Provisional sales processing" simply means that the card limit has been secured.

With "provisional sales processing," no settlement or billing occurs, and no settlement will be made even if you cancel your membership by the 20th of the month in which your membership expires.

* Depending on your credit card company, the withdrawal may be included in the payment notification email or online statement.

* If you use a debit card, Bundle Card, or prepaid card, a withdrawal may occur during the provisional sale processing.



If you cancel automatic renewal afterward, you can rest assured that no payment will be processed and you will receive a refund after a certain period of time.

Debit cards and prepaid cards are not guaranteed to work, therefore, details regarding refunds cannot be provided through the fan club's customer service.
