[Gold Key (Annual Plan)] Regarding Renewal
- Please tell me why my subscription was canceled even though it was supposed to automatically renew.
For Gold Key (annual plan), your contract will be renewed annually after you join.
When your membership expires, renewing it (i.e., paying the annual membership fee) will extend it for one year.

If any of the following apply to you, your membership will be automatically terminated upon expiration.

● For those who pay by automatic recurring credit card payment
Your membership will be renewed based on the credit card payment method registered on the 20th of the membership expiration date.
However, automatic renewal will not occur in the following cases:
- If you have stopped automatic renewal yourself from My Page
- If payment is not possible due to a credit card authorization error.
Please check the card's expiration date, credit limit, and whether it has been suspended due to fraudulent use or other reasons.
* Rechargeable cards (debit/prepaid/bundle) are not guaranteed to work.
We are unable to investigate or provide detailed information regarding the reasons at this office.
Please contact your credit card company to inquire about the transaction.

● For those paying at a convenience store
If you selected "convenience store payment" when joining or when renewing your membership for the previous year, payment will be processed each time.
* Payment via convenience store does not automatically renew.

You can renew your membership within one month of its expiration date.
* While you will not be able to view member-only content, you can still log in to continue your membership.
