Can I stop the automatic renewal?

You can stop your card from the "Check/Change/Stop Card Information" section in My Page.

Please log in to your My Page using your web browser (Safari/Chrome) and proceed with the procedure.

* You cannot complete this procedure using the "back number app".

*The following environments are not guaranteed to work.

・Yahoo! JAPAN app

Google app

Galaxy Browser (Samsung Internet Browser)

- Browsing websites via various social media apps such as X (formerly Twitter), Instagram, and LINE.


●If your card is not automatically renewed, the option to "View/Change/Stop Card Information" will not be displayed in your My Page.

●If you stop automatic renewal, you will need to renew your subscription yourself each time.


<Caution>
The period during which you can suspend your membership is until the 20th of the month in which your membership expires.

If you do not complete the cancellation process by the 20th of the month your membership expires, your membership will be automatically renewed using your registered credit card.

Example: If your membership expires at the end of July, you can suspend it until July 20th.

I want to cancel my membership when the term expires without continuing it.

I want to continue using a different credit card.

I want to continue using convenience store payment.

If any of the above applies to you, please remember to perform the stop operation.
