それにより、クレジットカード決済時に本人認証が発生する場合がございますが、本人認証の方法や、本人認証画面の操作方法は、カード会社により異なります。

また、本人認証が完了した場合でも、お客様のクレジットカードのご利用状況によっては与信が通らない場合がございます。

■「3Dセキュア 2.0」とは

インターネット上でクレジットカード決済を安全にご利用いただくための本人認証サービスです。

クレジットカード利用時に本人認証を行うことで第三者の不正利用を防止することができ、クレジットカード決済をより安全に行うことができます。

不正利用のリスクが低い取引の場合は追加認証なしに認証が完了いたしますが、不正利用リスクのある取引においてはワンタイムパスワードや生体認証等の追加認証が行われます。

■ご利用の流れ

お支払い方法でクレジットカードを選択した場合、カード会社の判定が行われます。

不正利用のリスクが高いと判定された場合は、カード会社が提供する本人認証画面が表示されます。

本人認証画面でワンタイムパスワードや生体認証などで本人確認を行い認証されると、クレジットカードの与信に進みます。

与信が通るとお支払い完了となります。
