- I get an error when registering my credit card
■Regarding the use of debit cards and prepaid cards
You can use the following credit cards to pay the monthly membership fee on this site: VISA, Mastercard, JCB, American Express, and Diners Club.
Charge-type "debit cards" and "prepaid cards" are not covered by the warranty.
Please note that even if the above brands are listed, there is a possibility that the product may not be usable.
■ If the message "The expiration date is incorrect" is displayed:
Please check that you have entered both the "year" and "month" of your credit card's expiration date using two-digit half-width numbers.
For example, for April, you would need to enter "04".
■ When the message "The maximum number of errors has been reached" is displayed
If you enter your credit card information incorrectly four or more times within 24 hours, you will see an error message stating, "The maximum number of errors has been reached."
If an error occurs, you will not be able to retry for security reasons. However, you will be able to register again after 24 hours have passed, so please try again after 24 hours.
■ If you see the message "This card cannot be used for transactions. Please use a card that supports 3D Secure authentication."
The credit card you entered is not compatible with the 3D Secure 2.0 authentication service and therefore cannot be used for security reasons.
Please try again with a different credit card that is compatible, or choose a different payment method.
For information on how to register for the 3D Secure 2.0 authentication service, please contact your card issuer.
* "3D Secure 2.0" is a service that prevents fraudulent use of credit cards and makes online credit card payments more secure.
For payments that the card issuer deems require identity verification, additional authentication such as a one-time password will be performed.
