About logging in

I've forgotten my membership number.

Membership numbers are issued exclusively to Gold Key (annual subscription) members.

You can find your "Membership Number" on your My Page after logging in.

You can also log in to this site using the following methods in addition to your "member number".

● "Plus member ID" and "Your set password"

● Your registered email address and your password

*Even if you are unable to send or receive emails due to a change in device or other reasons, you can still log in using your email address as your "Login ID".

*For Silver Key (monthly subscription) members, your login ID is your "id ARTIST ID (=Plus member ID)".
