About joining

I made a payment but haven't received my membership number by email.

Membership numbers are only issued to Gold Key (annual) members.

Silver Key (monthly) members do not have a membership number.


The time it takes to complete your membership registration varies depending on the payment method you choose when joining Gold Key.




● Credit card payment

Once you enter the required information and the procedure is complete, payment will be processed immediately, and you will soon receive an email containing your membership number.


●Convenience store payment

After making your payment at a convenience store, the process will be completed within 150 minutes, and you will receive an email containing your membership number.




Depending on your email service, the email may have been filtered into your spam folder.
Please check all your folders to see if there is an email with the subject line "[one room] Membership Registration Complete Notification".

*If you are using a smartphone, you may not receive emails if you have set up specific recipient settings or spam filters.
Even if you haven't configured it yourself, it may have been set up by default.
