About changing carriers and models

[Silver Key (Monthly Plan)] If I change my phone model, are there any procedures I need to follow? (I am changing my mobile carrier.)

If you use carrier billing and change your mobile carrier, your payment information will not be transferred.

Your account will be automatically canceled at the end of the month in which you changed your device.

* Monthly services will not be canceled when changing contracts between SoftBank, Y!mobile, and LINEMO.

<If payment is not transferred>
Your membership will be terminated at the end of the month in which any changes were made to your contract.

Example: If you register using au Easy Payment

I canceled my au contract and switched to docomo on March 15th.

I will cancel my membership at the end of March.

au Easy Payment charges will apply to usage up to March.

The month following your automatic cancellation, please log in using the same Plus member ID (i.e., your registered email address).

Once your automatic cancellation is processed, you will be redirected to a page requesting payment of your monthly membership fee. Please complete the payment using your preferred method.

* Please note that it may take a few days (about a week) at the beginning of the month for your automatic cancellation to be reflected.


★The possibility of transferring your membership status depends on when you re-register.

<If you re-register within 30 days of canceling your membership>
You can resume using the service while retaining your membership status (membership start date) information.

<If more than 30 days have passed since your withdrawal>
Membership status (date of enrollment) information will not be carried over.
Since this is a new registration, your membership date information will be reset.

<Note 1>
Even if you re-register within 30 days, if you use a different Plus member ID (or email address), it will be treated as a new registration.
The membership start date cannot be changed.

<Note 2>
If you unsubscribe, your "バースデー Email" setting will be reset to unregistered.
After re-registering, please change your status to "Registered" in the "Newsletter Subscription Confirmation/Change" section of your My Page.

* Please be sure to access the site using a web browser (Safari/Chrome) to complete the procedure.
