I changed my smartphone model. Can I continue to use it?

Gold key (annual)

No special procedures are required.
You can continue using the service by logging in with your registered information.

Silver Key (monthly subscription)

1) If you are paying by credit card
No special procedures are required.
You can use the service as is by logging in with your registered information.

2) If you are using mobile carrier payment and have only changed your phone model (without changing your mobile carrier)
No special procedures are required.
You can use the service as is by logging in with your registered information.

3) If you are using mobile carrier payment and change your mobile phone carrier
The carrier payment methods you previously used (d払い, SP-mode payment, au Easy Payment, SoftBank Collective Payment)
Your contract will be automatically terminated on the last day of the month in which you cancel your carrier contract.
In this case, your cancellation has been confirmed, so you cannot change your payment method on your My Page.
We ask that you rejoin after your membership has been cancelled.

The procedure for rejoining is as follows:

1. From the [Login] page, please log in using your registered email address (or Plus member ID) and password.
2. You will be redirected to the payment screen. Please follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process.

*If your email address has changed, please log in and go to "My Page" > "Confirm/Change Member Information" to update it.
The next time you log in, you can use your changed email address and password.

Please note that if you rejoin Silver Key (monthly plan) in the same month you cancel your membership,Please note that a new monthly usage fee will be required, resulting in two monthly membership fees being charged in the same month.
