[Silver Key (Monthly Plan)] If I change my phone model, are there any procedures I need to follow? (Without changing my mobile carrier)

If you use carrier billing and do not change your mobile carrier, your payments will generally continue.

Your Plus member ID and password remain unchanged, so you can continue using the site as before.

★If your registered email address changes due to a device change

Please edit your registered information from the "View/Change Member Information" section on your My Page after logging in.

Can I change my registered email address?

Please note that depending on your contract details, your payment information may not be carried over, and your membership may be terminated.

For more details, please check with your mobile carrier or store when you change your phone model.

<If payment is not transferred>
Your membership will be terminated at the end of the month in which any changes were made to your contract.

Example: If you register using au Easy Payment

I canceled my au contract and switched to docomo on March 15th.

I will cancel my membership at the end of March.

au Easy Payment charges will apply to usage up to March.

The month following your automatic cancellation, please log in using the same Plus member ID (i.e., your registered email address).

At that time, you will be redirected to a page where you will be asked to pay the monthly membership fee, so please make the payment using your preferred method.

* If you re-register within 30 days of canceling your membership, you can resume using the service with your membership status (start date) information carried over.

* If more than 30 days have passed since your last cancellation, or if you use a different Plus member ID (email address) to complete the procedure, it will be treated as a new registration.
