Can I delete the ARTIST ID (=Plus member ID)?

To use "one room," an "id ARTIST ID (=Plus member ID)" is required.

Please note that you cannot delete your ID while you are registered.

After canceling your "one room" membership, you can delete your "id ARTIST ID (=Plus member ID)".

* For Gold Key (annual subscription) members, ID deletion is not possible for one month after the expiration date.

* A Plus member ID can be obtained free of charge, so there are no membership fees.

If you use the same Plus member ID to access other artists' websites operated by "Fanplus"

- Even if you cancel your "one room" subscription, your Plus member ID will not be deleted.

- Canceling your "one room" subscription will not cancel your subscription to other linked services.

To cancel your paid service subscription, please do so through the website where you registered.
