Can I have my membership card reissued?

one roomの会員証は永久会員証となりますので、紛失等による再発行は行っておりません。

スマートフォンをお持ちいただき、「one room」サイトにログイン後の会員番号（mypage）をご提示いただければ
会員証のかわりとなりますので、新たにご入会いただく必要はございません。
