About the course

silver key(月額コース)からgold key(年額コース)へ変更したいです。: You cannot register for both courses simultaneously. Therefore, you will need to cancel your Silver Key membership and then enroll in Gold Key.
Please follow the steps below to complete the procedure.

<If you cancel your Silver Key membership and then join Gold Key in the same month >
Please proceed by clicking "Proceed to Course Change Page" at the URL below.

*Please note that if you change courses within the same month, you will be charged the membership fee for both courses for the first month only.
*If you have already canceled your Silver Key membership, please log in again on the login page using the information you used when you registered for Silver Key, and then proceed with the payment of your Gold Key membership fee.

① After logging in to Silver Key, please proceed with the withdrawal process from "Withdrawal" on My Page.
*If you joined via the "back number app" using iTunes account payment or Google Play payment, please follow the steps below to cancel your membership.

Those who joined via iTunes account payment through the "back number app" on their iPhone
After canceling your "back number" subscription via iPhone's Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions,
Please access the "my page" section on one room website using Safari and complete the withdrawal process by clicking "Proceed with withdrawal."

Those who joined via Google Play payment through the "back number app" on Android
After canceling your "back number" subscription via the Google Play app's profile icon in the upper right corner → "Payments & subscriptions" → "Subscriptions",
Please access the "my page" section on one room website using Google Chrome and complete the withdrawal process by clicking "Proceed with withdrawal."

② On the login page, please log in again using the information you used when registering for Silver Key, and then proceed with the payment of your Gold Key membership fee.

② On the new member registration page, proceed from "Those who have an id ARTIST ID," log in with the information you used when registering for silver key, and then proceed with the payment of the gold key membership fee.
