Change your plan from silver key (monthly) to gold key (annual)

You can transfer your silver key (monthly) membership information to gold key (annual).
Please note that if you register as a new member for Gold Key (annual fee) without following the steps on this page, you will not be able to transfer your membership information.

Course changes

The registration method varies depending on when you change courses.

  • After canceling the Silver Key (monthly subscription),
    If you register for gold key (annual fee)

    If you change from silver key (monthly) to gold key (annual) within the same month, you will be charged membership fees for both courses for the first month only.

    • *Please proceed to the course change page at the bottom.

  • After canceling your Silver Key (monthly subscription),
    If you register for gold key (annual fee)

    • 1. Cancel your Silver Key (monthly) course from the "Cancellation Procedure" on your My Page.

    • 2. Between the 1st and the last day of the following month, log in with the email address and password you registered for the monthly membership course and make payment for the gold key (annual) course.

    • *If you re-register after the following month, you will be registered as a new member and your membership information will not be carried over.

Silver Key (monthly) from 330 yen course
Change to the 550 yen course

日本にお住まいの方は、2025年6月2日に価格改定を行なっております。価格改定に伴うsilver key(月額)の330円コースから550円コースへの切り替えについては、下記の手順で会員情報を引き継ぐことができます。

Course changes

    • ※330円コースは、料金改定後、自動的に550円コースへ切り替わることはございません。

    • ※330円コースのままご利用を継続いただくことも可能ですが、チケット先行受付や一部のサービスにつきましては、改定後の550円コース会員様のみが対象となりますのでご了承ください。

    • * If you switch from the 330 yen course to the 550 yen course in the middle of the month, it will not be a double payment, and you will be charged 330 yen in the month of the change and 550 yen from the following month.

    • * SP mode payment is not available for the 550 yen course. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please change to another payment method such as d payment.

    • * As you will be able to continue using the content of the 330 yen course, you will be charged monthly unless you change your course or cancel your membership. Please note that we cannot provide refunds for continued use.

    • ※キャリア変更やクレジットカード決済不可などの理由で、自動的に退会状態となった場合には、ご自身の意思による退会でなくとも、550円コースでのご登録となりますのでご了承ください。

    • ※アプリ内課金をご利用の方のみ、価格改定前までに入会された場合でも、次回更新タイミングより自動的に価格が変更されております。

How to change courses

By following the steps below, you can keep your original membership information even if you switch to a new course.
*Even if you have canceled your membership, you can change your course by logging in with your original account and keeping your membership information, as long as it is within the period up to the end of the following month after you canceled your membership.
