We will be offering refunds for tickets to customers who were unable to attend due to the suspension of public transportation services caused by Typhoon No. 7.
Please note that refund procedures vary depending on the ticket vendor from which you purchased your tickets.
Tickets that have been torn (used) are not eligible for a refund.

Please see below for information on how to receive your refund.
■Customers who purchased tickets through Ticket Pia
Refunds will be processed through the "My Tickets" page on Ticket Pia.
Please return the electronic ticket you have already picked up at MOALA to "My Tickets" and proceed with the refund process.
(1) Reopen MOALA from Ticket Pia's "My Tickets" or the receipt URL provided in the ticket collection confirmation email. Then, tap the return icon in the upper right corner of the screen, select the ticket for the performance you wish to refund, and press the "Return" button.
Once the return is complete, the ticket will appear in "My Tickets".

(2) Select the returned ticket on Ticket Pia's "My Ticket" website and proceed with the refund process.

Please submit your refund request within the refund acceptance period via the inquiry form on your JRE MALL Ticket My Page.
Please fill in the following items when applying.
• Purchaser's name
• The number of tickets you wish to refund will be refunded to your registered credit card within 5 business days of your request.
