  • ・Winners of the 1st prize, "Studio Tour for Songwriting," will be contacted via the email address registered with one room regarding the date and time of the tour and confirmation of their participation. If your email address is not registered, we will not be able to contact you, so please be sure to register in advance. Also, please note that if you are unable to participate for any reason, we will not be able to arrange a rescheduled tour.
    • If you win a prize in the 2nd to 4th place category, the prize will be sent to the address registered with one room.We cannot ship to members who are not registered, so please be sure to register.
    Even if you are already a registered member, please update your address if it has changed.
    You can register or correct your address from "Confirm/Change Member Information" in MY PAGE.
  • Please note that if you cancel your membership midway through, your subscription period will be interrupted.
  • ・If you cancel your membership, we will not be able to ship your prize, so please do not cancel your membership and wait until your prize is shipped.
  • Regarding "Silver Key (monthly) 3-month or longer membership," this is only available to members who registered for the 550 yen course when obtaining tickets; members on the 330 yen course are not eligible to participate.
    Members currently on the 330 yen plan are requested to switch to the 550 yen plan before purchasing tickets.
    Members who have switched from the 330 yen course to the 550 yen course can receive this if they have been continuously enrolled in their previous course for more than three months.
