Although Hokkaido, the location of the Kanamoto Hall [Sapporo Civic Hall] performances scheduled for May 24th (Mon) and 25th (Tue), has been designated as an area subject to the state of emergency declaration, we will proceed with the performances as scheduled, based on the government and Hokkaido's guidelines for restricting event hosting, and while continuing to comply with the infection prevention guidelines as before.

For those who are unfortunately unable to attend due to the state of emergency, we will refund your ticket price. Please check the details and proceed with the refund process.

(1) Please be sure to log in using the Plus member ID (formerly EMTG ID) you entered when purchasing your ticket.

(2) Please ensure that the applicant who purchased the ticket is the one who completes the application process.

(3) Please make sure you select the correct performance for which you wish to receive a refund.

(4) If you do not have a ticket for the performance you wish to receive a refund for, no refund will be issued.

(5) Refunds will not be issued to those who requested a refund but entered the venue on the day of the event.
