We would like to inform you about the refund process for customers who purchased tickets for the Nagoya performance (February 28th and 29th) and Sapporo performance (March 6th and 7th) of the "back number fan club tour 2020 one room party vol.5," which have been cancelled.

Regarding refunds:

EMTG will send an email to customers who purchased tickets regarding refund procedures.

Please note that refunds will be processed through eContext's "CASH POST" service.

The email will be sent to the PC email address you used when purchasing tickets for the relevant performance (the one registered with your EMTG ID). If you haven't registered one, it will be sent to your mobile email address.

We plan to send out an email notification around 3:00 PM on Friday, March 6th, so please double-check your email address on your My Page.

If you need to change your email address, please do so through your My Page by Thursday, March 5th.
