- One person per account per day, one slot only.

・If you have already applied for the 11:00 AM reservation slot on Wednesday, June 18th through the fan club lottery, you will not be able to apply for any other time slots on Wednesday, June 18th using the same account. You can apply for dates other than Wednesday, June 18th.
・If you have already been selected for the reservation slot at 11:00 on Wednesday, June 18th through the fan club lottery, you can apply for general first-come, first-served reservations using the same account for June 18th (Wednesday) at 11:00 and other time slots if they are available.
<Reservation application notes>
*Reservations will be made by lottery for fan club members and on a first-come, first-served basis for the general public. Reservations will close once capacity is reached.
*Cancellations or changes cannot be made after a reservation has been made. Tickets will not be reissued under any circumstances.
*Reservations are not transferable. If the applicant is unable to attend, a substitute person will not be allowed to enter.
*Resale through private sales or auction sites is strictly prohibited.
*The [Admission Ticket Screen] (QR code) can only be used once. Please handle it with care.
*After completing your reservation, your admission ticket will be displayed on your My Page.
*Admission reservations will be accepted using LivePocket's ticket service, so please register in advance for free.
*Please carefully read the notes on the ticket page before making your reservation.
Important Notices for Visitors
* Upon entering, you will be required to authenticate (by reading the QR code) on the [numbered admission ticket screen]. Depending on the situation, we may ask you to verify your identity.
*Please display the QR code on the [Admission Ticket Screen] on your smartphone before entering the venue.
*If you do not have a smartphone, please print out the QR code on the [Admission Ticket Screen] and bring it with you.
*We expect that it will be difficult to connect to the internet due to high traffic on the day. Please make sure that you have the [numbered admission ticket screen] displayed beforehand when you arrive.
*There is no charging space at the venue. Please make sure your device is fully charged before coming to the venue.
*If you are late for the meeting time, you will be seated at the back of the line.
*If you are unable to display the QR code upon entry or if it is extremely difficult to read or authenticate, you will not be allowed entry.
*Depending on the number of customers in the store, you may be allowed to enter earlier or later than your reserved time.
*If you do not arrive 10 minutes before closing time, you may not be allowed to enter.
*Re-entry is not permitted.
*One admission ticket screen allows one accompanying child under elementary school age. Payment is limited to one transaction per person, and purchases of items with purchase limits are limited to one per person.
*If you are accompanying a customer with a disability, please inform a store staff member on the day. The number of accompanying persons is limited to one. Also, please note that payments are limited to one transaction, and for products with purchase restrictions, only one purchase per person is allowed.
*If the venue is closed or its business hours are changed due to unavoidable circumstances such as natural disasters, the spread of epidemics, or unforeseen accidents, the corresponding admission slot will be invalid (a replacement [admission ticket screen] for another date will not be issued). In such cases, we will not compensate for any expenses related to attendance (transportation costs, accommodation costs, etc.) for any reason.
*Exchanging products between customers and loitering by large numbers of people are prohibited, both inside the building and in the vicinity of the venue.
About purchasing products
*Admission reservations do not guarantee that you will be able to purchase any products on sale.
*Only one transaction is allowed per admission.
*There may be purchase restrictions on some products. In that case, the limit may vary depending on the product. In addition, sales will end once the product runs out, even if it is within the period.
*Purchases for the purpose of resale are not permitted.
*After purchase, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons other than defective products. Please be sure to check the product, quantity, change, etc. you purchased on the spot.
*If the product is defective, we will exchange it for a good product only if it is returned within one week of the date of purchase. Please note that we cannot accept exchanges if you do not have the receipt from the time of purchase.
*Payment can be made in cash, credit card, or electronic money. (Please check the special page for the brands we handle.)
*Depending on the network conditions of the credit card payment terminal, you may not be able to pay by credit card or electronic money.
In that case, we may ask you to pay in cash.
