Starting today, back number and the airline Peach Aviation Co., Ltd. are collaborating.

back number is very aware that we're not particularly fashionable, stylish, avant-garde, or groundbreaking. The three of us, who are still band members today and tomorrow, are actually proud of that.

It's fine if back number 's impression is "easy-to-listen-to songs" or "just generally good songs." However, the content that people who notice us and try to get to know us see and hear has to be full of "dedication" and "love," and we've come this far because we wouldn't be happy if it wasn't.

The more you learn about Peach Aviation, the more you realize that beneath the appealing words like "easy" and "affordable," lies a strong pride as an LCC (low-cost carrier) in its unwavering commitment to "connecting people at all costs."

Wow, isn't that "dedication" and "love"? Isn't that just like back number?

So, we're not trying to urge people to "go on a trip!" or "go out!", but rather, we simply want to encourage people to "meet in person" and "say things directly." That's the kind of collaboration this is.

The main concept for this project, "Let's go and say what we really think," comes from the closing lyrics of the song "リッツパーティー," which was included in the album "スーパースター" released in 2011: "Let's go and say what we really think." It was the first phrase that came to mind when we were thinking about a collaboration between back number and Peach.
