[Important] Notice of Change in Credit Card Payment Method for "Silver Key (Monthly Subscription)"

Thank you for always using back number official fan club, "one room".

We have made some changes to the payment method for "one room" Silver Key (monthly) membership.

Due to the recent increase in fraudulent use of credit cards, and based on requests from credit card companies, we will be changing our operating procedures to include card validity verification (authorization) starting in March 2023, in order to operate in a more secure manner.

*Authorization is a system that verifies whether the customer's registered credit card is valid for payment.
This refers to the process where the credit card company checks whether the credit card is valid and whether the credit limit has been reached, and then reserves the credit limit for the user.


We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause to customers who wish to continue their subscription.[March 19th (Sun)]Please check your registered card information (card number and expiration date) beforehand to ensure there are no problems, and if necessary, please proceed with the renewal process.

<How to check and change your credit card information>
From "one room," after logging in with your Plus member ID (or registered email address) and password, you can check or update your credit card information under "Check/Change Credit Card Information" in My Page.
Please note that we are unable to investigate your credit card usage status at this service counter. If you have any questions, please contact your credit card company.
*You cannot complete the procedure through the app, so please be sure to access the site using a browser (Safari/Chrome).
*In-app browsers (such as the Yahoo! JAPAN app and the Google app) are not guaranteed to work.


From March 2023 onwards, if the credit card information you hold with "one room" has expired, your account will be automatically canceled.
As explained above, even if your membership is automatically canceled, if you rejoin within 30 days using the same Plus member ID (email address), your original membership status and renewal period will be carried over. However, if more than 30 days have passed, you will no longer be able to carry over your membership status and renewal period.
Please be aware of this in advance.
