[Important] To customers considering the new pricing plans of the three major carriers

This is an announcement for customers considering switching to NTT Docomo's new pricing plan "ahamo," au's new pricing plan "povo," or LINE and SoftBank's new brand "LINEMO," all scheduled to be available from March 2021.

Silver Key members may be automatically unsubscribed, and Gold Key members and others who register on this site using a carrier email address,
You will no longer receive notifications from the site, such as email newsletters.

Please be sure to read this if you are switching to our new pricing plan or new brand, or if you are considering doing so.

<For those using docomo>
This site's Silver Key (monthly subscription) uses the "sp-mode content payment service (docomo sp-mode payment)".
The "sp-mode content payment service" is not available with Docomo's new pricing plan, "ahamo".
Therefore, if customers currently using "docomo sp-mode payment" to register on this site switch to "ahamo," they will no longer be able to pay their monthly usage fees, and their membership will be automatically terminated.
If you wish to change to "ahamo," please change to another payment method or course beforehand.
*Silver Key (monthly subscription) accepts credit card payments, while annual membership plans accept credit card and convenience store payments.
*We now support "d払い" payment, which can be used at "ahamo". (Added on April 27th)

Please note that you cannot use a carrier email address (@docomo.ne.jp) with Docomo's new pricing plan, "ahamo".
If you registered on this site using a carrier email address, you will no longer receive notifications from the site, such as email newsletters. Please change your email address from your My Page.
 
<For au users>
With au's new pricing plan "povo," you can continue to use "au Easy Payment."
Therefore, even if customers who currently use "au Easy Payment" to register for our site's Silver Key (monthly subscription) switch to "povo," their payment registration will continue, and they will be able to continue using the site.
However, many aspects of the "povo" service are still undecided at this time, and may change in the future.
Please understand this in advance.
*We will notify you separately if any changes are made.

LINE and SoftBank's new brand, "LINEMO," is scheduled to begin offering "SoftBank Collective Payment" from mid-April 2021.
However, if you switch from "SoftBank" to "LINEMO," your carrier contract will change, and all your recurring billing subscriptions for "SoftBank Collective Payment" will be canceled.
Therefore, if customers currently using "SoftBank Collective Payment" to register for our site, Silver Key (monthly), switch to "LINEMO," the monthly payment will stop, and your membership to this site will be automatically terminated.
If you wish to switch to "LINEMO," please change to another payment method or plan beforehand.
*Monthly membership plans accept credit card payments, while annual membership plans accept credit card and convenience store payments.
Please note that "SoftBank Collective Payment" will not be available for "LINEMO" until mid-April 2021.
