Regarding ticket refunds for back number "NO MAGIC TOUR(R)"

This is an announcement regarding refunds for customers who purchased tickets for back number 's "NO MAGIC TOUR(R)" which was scheduled to be held on July 25th (Sat) and 26th (Sun), 2020.


Refund period

June 8, 2020 (Monday) 15:00 - June 21, 2020 (Sunday) 23:59

*We are unable to process requests outside of the above period. Please be sure to complete the procedure yourself within the specified period.


Refund Method

During the refund acceptance period, please complete the refund procedure from "My Page" on the Lawson Ticket application site, and then use the external service CASH POST (Note 1) to receive your refund.

If you do not register the correct information, we will not be able to assist you for any reason.

Because we use the external service CASH POST (Note 1), a refund fee of 330 yen will be deducted from each refund. Please be aware of this in advance.

(Note 1) CASH POST is a service provided by eContext Inc. (Registration Number: Kanto Local Finance Bureau Director No. 00030), a money transfer service provider under the jurisdiction of the Financial Services Agency.

Procedure

Log in to "My Page" on the site.

[step2]

Click on "Proceed to Refund Procedure" in the "Refund Information" section at the bottom of My Page.

Please check the ticket price and other information in the "Refund Status" section.

Enter your email address in the "Refund Procedure Guidance Email Address" field and click [Next].

[step4]

Please review the information under "Application Details Confirmation," agree to the terms and conditions, and then click [Refund Application].

Registration on the Lawson Ticket website is now complete.

You will receive an email from Lawson Ticket containing information about your order and instructions on how to receive it.

Please review the content and access the URL provided.

You can now begin the process via CASH POST.

Enter the "receipt number" found in the email you received in [step 5].

Please enter the numbers for "image verification" and click [Next].

[step7] 

After confirming the "Receipt Details," select "[Bank Transfer - Deposit to Designated Account]" under "Select Receipt Method."

Please enter your [reservation number] and [phone number] used when applying as the "authentication key".

Please review and agree to the handling of personal information, then click [Select Financial Institution].

From here on, please follow the on-screen instructions to complete the procedure.


*Please carefully review all operations and registration details during this procedure before proceeding.

*We cannot provide any assistance for issues arising from customer errors during the application process.

*After completing registration on the Lawson Ticket website in [step 4], please complete the refund procedure within 3 days. Please note that if you do not complete the procedure within 3 days, you will not be able to receive a refund.

*Please ensure that you have configured your email settings to receive emails from the following two domains beforehand. If you do not receive an email, please be sure to check your settings yourself within the refund application period.
