For customers who purchased tickets for the Nagoya or Sapporo performances and wish to attend,

Regardless of whether you request a refund or not, you can reapply for tickets through the "FC Member Exclusive Transfer Performance Application" section.

We will guide you using the same reference number and seat number.

*Please note that tickets for the original performance will not be accepted for entry.

*Please note that those who have already listed and sold tickets through the ticket trading system will not be eligible for priority selection.

● Customers who have tickets for the Osaka performance (March 13th, 14th), Hiroshima performance (March 19th, 20th), Sendai performance (March 28th, 29th), Fukuoka performance (April 3rd, 4th), and Tokyo performance (April 10th, 11th)

You can use your existing ticket to attend the rescheduled performance. There is no need to register again.

▼Regarding entry and identity verification on the day of the event

Upon entry, all visitors will be required to present a photo ID for identity verification.

Entry is not permitted for anyone other than the person whose name is printed on the ticket, and entry is not permitted with the ticket alone.

Entry is not permitted for those whose tickets have expired, who have forgotten their ID, or who are not the person whose name is printed on the ticket.

We will refuse under any circumstances. (Registration errors and family members are also not allowed.)
