■ How to check and set up "birthday mail"

In "My Page" → "Newsletter Subscription Confirmation/Change" → "Greeting Mail & Birthday Mail" → Set "Settings" to either "Registered" or "Not Registered".

*The default setting is "Registering".

*Please note that if you set this to "Not Registered," the delivery of "greeting mail" will also be stopped.

*The "birthday mail" will be sent to you on the birthday you registered with one room.

You can check your birthday in "My Page" under "Member Information Confirmation/Change".
(You cannot change your registered date of birth after joining.)

*The nickname you registered with one room will be included in the body of the "birthday mail" email. You can check and change your nickname in "Member Information Confirmation/Change" on "My Page".
(Please note that depending on the time of the change, the message may be delivered with your previous nickname.)

 *Please note that if you wish to receive the "birthday mail," you must set your preferences by 8:30 AM on your birthday, otherwise we will not be able to deliver it to you.

If you have set up domain-specific email reception, please change your settings to allow emails from that domain.

Please note that if we are unable to deliver your birthday email due to your email receiving settings or other reasons, we will not be able to resend it.
