[Regarding refunds for back number "NO MAGIC TOUR 2019" Okinawa performance on September 21st (Sat)]

We would like to inform you about the refund process for the second day of the Okinawa performance back number “NO MAGIC TOUR 2019” which was scheduled to be held on Saturday, September 21, 2019 at the Okinawa Convention Center Exhibition Hall.

Please note that refund methods vary depending on the purchase method and retailer.

■ Customers who purchased tickets through the fan club pre-sale (paper tickets)

From 10:00 AM on Tuesday, October 15, 2019 to 11:59 PM on Thursday, October 31, 2019, you can receive a refund for your ticket price, various fees, and shipping costs at your nearest Lawson or Ministop store. Please bring your ticket and the refund voucher (required for the refund of various fees and shipping costs) that will be sent to you later by Lawson Ticket.


*A physical ticket is required to receive a refund. Please bring your ticket and refund voucher to the store to complete the procedure.

*If you have lost your ticket, you will not be eligible for a refund.

*Regarding refunds for various fees and shipping charges, Lawson Ticket will send you a refund voucher (for various fees and shipping charges) separately. Please follow the same refund procedure as for tickets.

*Refund vouchers are scheduled to be sent out around October 12th (Saturday).

*Refund vouchers will be sent to the address provided when the tickets were sent. If you have moved, please contact Lawson Ticket Customer Center.

*Tickets and refund vouchers will be collected at the register. If you receive a refund, you will not be able to keep your ticket or refund voucher.

*Refunds will not be accepted through any method other than those described above.




■Customers who purchased tickets through Lawson Ticket

(Including CD pre-sale, LEncore member pre-sale, pre-request pre-sale, E.CLUB pre-sale, PM Agency website pre-sale, general sale, etc.)


From 10:00 AM on Tuesday, October 15, 2019 to 11:59 PM on Thursday, October 31, 2019, you can receive a refund for your ticket price, various fees, and shipping fees (if applicable) at your nearest Lawson or Ministop store. Please bring your ticket, any fee vouchers, and the refund voucher (required for shipping fee refunds) that Lawson Ticket will send you at a later date.
