How to redeem rewards

• *New members should log in to the "one room" website on their smartphone, display the "redemption screen" on their My Page on the website, and present it at the fan club booth.
• *Membership benefits can only be redeemed once per new member who is eligible for this campaign.
• *To redeem your friend referral campaign reward, both the referrer (gold key) and the new member eligible for the campaign must come to the fan club booth together. After logging into one room website on your smartphone, both the new member and the referrer must present their My Page on the website (membership cards are not accepted).
• *The friend referral campaign is limited to one referral per new member.
• *The offer will end as soon as the benefits run out.

Precautions

• *The new member and friend referral campaign is only valid for those who join Gold Key (annual membership) via the website between May 2nd (Sat) and June 28th (Sun), 2026, and who can personally visit the fan club booth at each venue.
• *This offer also applies to those who changed from a Silver Key (monthly) to a Gold Key (annual) during the eligible membership period.
