How to register for membership at the venue

Your membership registration will not be complete unless you follow the procedures below.
Please complete the procedure below within 3 days.

  • 1. Please configure your email settings to allow receiving emails from the domains "plusmember.jp" and "oneroom.info".

    Please adjust your spam filter settings and "spoofing prevention" settings.

  • 2. Proceed to the authentication page by clicking the "Proceed to Procedure" button, and enter the "Temporary ID" and "Temporary Password" issued during the procedure at the venue.

    Please enter your "Temporary ID" in the "Login ID" field and your "Temporary Password" in the "Password" field to log in.

  • 3. Please enter your email address.

    *If you have previously been a member of one room, please carefully review the following information before entering it.

    * If you have previously joined one room (gold key/silver key) or already have an id ARTIST ID, please log in using the id ARTIST ID, Plus member ID (formerly EMTG ID), or email address and the password you set yourself from the "I have an id ARTIST ID" link below the "Register" button.

  • 4. Please register your membership information according to the instructions.
    Once the following screen is displayed, you will receive an email with the subject line "[one room] Membership Registration Complete Notification". Please check that email for your membership number.

  • From now on, you can log in to the fan club site using your registered email address or membership number and the password you set yourself.

Note

  • ・Silver Key members should complete the cancellation procedure on their My Page before proceeding.
  • Your membership application will only be complete once the above registration process is finished.
  • - If you pay by credit card at the venue, unlike regular credit card payments, it will not be automatically renewed.
  • ・For inquiries, please contact us through the "Contact Us / Frequently Asked Questions" section on one room website.
