Regarding the delivery time of your membership card and the period for contacting you if your card has not arrived

one room gold key membership card is a special key-shaped keychain with your initials handcrafted onto it.
Normally, we ship your order approximately 2 to 2.5 months after you register, but due to production issues, there is currently a delay in shipping.


Delivery dates vary depending on your membership registration date, so please check the information below.
*Please check the date you received the "[one room] Membership Registration Complete Notification" email to determine your membership start date.

In the unlikely event that your order does not arrive by the scheduled delivery date, please contact us via the inquiry form within the designated period for reporting non-delivery, so that we can investigate the shipping status.
