Please arrive with plenty of time to spare, receive your wristband and complete the baggage check, and then enter the venue according to the instructions of the staff.
Standing ticket holders are requested to have their electronic or paper tickets checked and receive their wristbands before the queue begins to form.
If the waiting line moves after entry has begun, your queue number will be considered as already called, and you will be asked to join the end of the waiting line.
If you arrive after the performance has started, or if you wish to re-enter, you may be asked to wait before entering due to production reasons. Actual operating hours may change depending on the venue situation on the day.
■Regarding receiving your wristband
On the day of the performance, after verifying your identity at the ticket counter using your electronic or paper ticket and a valid form of identification (original), you will receive a wristband. Only those wearing the wristband will be allowed entry.
If you do not have at least one of the required items, you will not be admitted. No exceptions, cancellations, changes, or refunds will be given.
・Tickets cannot be collected by a representative. If you purchase two tickets, both the purchaser and their companion must come to the ticket counter together.
The ticket counter will be open from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM on the day of the performance.
Wristbands will be issued only once per person per performance. Lost or damaged wristbands will not be reissued, and no entry will be permitted.
■ About entry authentication
▼Fan club e-tickets
On the day of the performance, please go to the Ticketplus ticket counter between 11:00 AM and before the performance begins to authenticate your electronic ticket and receive your wristband.
If you have purchased two tickets, please ensure that everyone in your group is present before arriving. Once the QR code for the first ticket has been authenticated, the QR code for the second ticket will be automatically displayed.

▼YES24 General Ticket
On the day of the performance, from 11:00 AM until the start of the show, please present your paper ticket and a valid form of identification (original) at the YES24 ticket counter and wear your wristband.
If you have not received your delivery ticket, please pick up your paper ticket at the INFORMATION & Same-Day Ticket Collection Counter before coming to the ticket counter.
Please bring your original identification document. Photos and copies are not accepted. For details on valid forms of identification, please refer to the notice image.
<Notes>
■ Items prohibited from being brought into the venue
The following items are not permitted inside the venue. If any of these items are found by venue staff, they will be immediately confiscated and disposed of; we will not hold onto them for you. Your cooperation is appreciated.
- Binoculars with shooting functions, various cameras, video recording equipment, GoPro, recording equipment, opera glasses
- Penlights, cheering sticks, and other items that can be thrown, items that emit light or sound, and noise-making devices.
- Weapons such as knives, firearms and other weapons, fireworks, dangerous or sharp objects, illegal drugs, sprays
- Beverages and food in cans and glass bottles
- Unofficial merchandise, cheering fans, cheering boards/goods, excessively large hair accessories, LED cheering boards, etc.
- Glass and metal products, long umbrellas, tripods, selfie sticks, drones
- Flags and banners with poles
- Unauthorized, unofficial promotional materials and sales
- Any other items that the organizers deem dangerous.
■ Regarding filming and recording
- Photography, video recording, audio recording, and live streaming are strictly prohibited inside the venue before, during, and after the performance.
This applies to all devices, including mobile phones, professional photography equipment, and smart glasses.
If a violation is confirmed, you may be asked to leave without prior warning, and your photographic and audio recordings may be deleted and your equipment temporarily confiscated. In such cases, tickets will not be refunded.
- The use of mobile phone flashes, which may interfere with the lighting effects, is also prohibited.
■ Precautions inside the venue
- We cannot accept gifts or floral arrangements for the members. Please place any手紙in the designated mailbox located inside the venue.
- The production and sale of merchandise using the artist's logo or photographs without permission is prohibited. Please be aware that this may infringe on copyright, portrait rights, and trademark rights.
- Light-up items that emit light or sound, such as penlights and cheering sticks, cheering fans and boards, banners with messages, and excessively large hair accessories are not permitted.
- The use of mobile phone flashes, which may interfere with the lighting effects, is prohibited.
- Smoking and eating/drinking are prohibited inside the venue. However, water is an exception.
- You may only view the performance from your designated seat/area. Moving without permission is prohibited.
- During the performance, please turn off or set to silent mode any electronic devices such as mobile phones. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring that sounds and lights do not disturb other audience members.
- The use of ticket resale platforms and resale activities around the venue are prohibited. Tickets found to be in violation will be invalidated, and the organizers will not be held responsible for any problems arising therefrom.
- Official photos and videos will be taken on the day of the performance, and you may appear in them. Please be aware that the photos and videos taken may be used later for merchandise, performance programs, and other video works.
- There are no plans for an official live stream or broadcast of this performance. Please carefully verify the authenticity of any information disseminated from sources other than the official account.
- Throwing objects onto the stage or engaging in any behavior that may disturb other audience members is prohibited.
- In the event of an emergency, the performance may be changed, interrupted, or canceled.
- If you violate the rules, you may be refused entry or asked to leave. In such cases, re-entry and ticket refunds will not be provided.
For a safe and enjoyable performance, please cooperate with the instructions of the venue staff.
