[Taipei Performance] Map Released! & Pre-show Information and Precautions
We've released the map for “Grateful Yesterdays Tour 2026” in Taipei!
Before attending, please be sure to check the pre-event information and abide by the event rules and regulations.
*Photography, recording, and any other similar activities are strictly prohibited before, during, and after the performance.
If any filming or recording is discovered, you will be required to delete the relevant footage on the spot and will be asked to leave immediately.
Please note that we cannot offer any refunds or exchanges for tickets.
We would greatly appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
◯ Admission Information
❏ Opening/starting time:

*Attendees will be required to undergo identity verification and baggage checks at the venue before being admitted according to staff instructions. Please arrive at the venue early with plenty of time to spare.
❏ Performance venue: Taipei Arena (2nd Sec. 4, Nanjing East Road, Songshan District, Taipei City)
*Please note that entry times are subject to change, so please check the information provided at the venue on the day of the event.
* You will be admitted after undergoing identity verification and baggage check by venue staff.
* In the event of any sudden changes, please follow the instructions of the venue staff. Individual notifications regarding changes will not be provided.

For Special Areas A and C, please line up and enter from "North Area Gate 2".
For special areas B and D, please line up and enter from "North Area Gate 5".
*Please line up in the order of the serial numbers printed on your ticket and enter according to the guidance and instructions of the venue staff.
*Customers in the standing area must complete the identity verification process by the designated queuing time for their respective area. Afterwards, please wait in the venue until your number is called, and then line up accordingly.
If you are not in line when the queue moves after the designated entry time, you will be considered to have missed the entry in order of your assigned number. In that case, please follow the instructions of the venue staff and enter from the end of the queue that is currently entering.
[Fan Club Pre-sale Electronic Ticket Application]
Fan club tickets can be checked in at the "Identity Verification Counter" starting at 13:30 on the day of the event.
On the day of the event, please present your electronic ticket and have it verified by the venue staff. The staff will stamp your electronic ticket as verified and you will be given an identification wristband.
* For inquiries regarding Fan Club tickets, please visit the Ticket Plaza counter.
Regarding identity verification
❏ The identity verification booth will open 3 hours before the start of admission. By completing identity verification in the designated area beforehand, customers attending the performance on the day can reduce their waiting time upon entry.
❏ Customers of Taiwanese nationality must bring their official "original" identification document (ID card, health insurance card, or driver's license).
Foreign nationals are required to bring their original passports.
If you present only an identification document not issued by a government agency (such as a student ID), a copy of your identification document, a photograph or screenshot of your identification document, a credit card, or a login screen of a health insurance app, you will not be admitted, and your ticket will not be refunded. Please double-check the required identification documents before coming to the venue.

◯Regarding safety inspections
❏ Baggage inspection
* To ensure the safety of the artists and audience members, and to prevent disruptive behavior during the performance, baggage checks will be conducted before entry.
If you suspect you are in possession of prohibited items, please follow the instructions of the staff and be checked at the designated location.
If you are unable to cooperate with the inspection, you may be denied entry at the discretion of the organizers, and your ticket will not be refunded.
* Bags, suitcases, and other luggage, including large bags (size will be determined by venue staff), are limited to those with no single side exceeding 45cm and no sum of three sides exceeding 90cm (official merchandise is exempt from these restrictions).
There are no cloakroom or luggage storage services at the venue, so please use the coin lockers at the station or inside the venue, or leave your luggage with a designated place before coming to the venue.
* Security checks will be conducted before entry, so please arrive with plenty of time to spare to avoid being late for entry or the start of the performance.
* Bringing prohibited items into the premises is strictly forbidden.
If you violate the rules or are found to be in possession of prohibited items, you may be denied entry, or if you are already inside, you may be asked to leave and denied re-entry. In such cases, tickets will not be refunded.
Regarding items that are prohibited from being brought into the venue
If any of the following prohibited items are found by staff at the venue, they will be immediately confiscated and disposed of (we will not hold onto them). Please be aware of this in advance.
* Binoculars with shooting functions, various cameras, video recording equipment, GoPro, recording equipment
* Light-up items such as glow sticks and penlights, and noisemakers
* Bladed weapons, firearms/weapons, firecrackers, dangerous sharp objects, drugs, sprays
* Canned and bottled beverages, food and drinks
* Unofficial merchandise, fans/message boards, group banners, excessive headwear, cheering goods, LED boards, etc. (based on the organizer's definition)
* Glassware, metal products, umbrellas with long handles, tripods, selfie sticks, drones, flags and banners with poles, etc.
* Unauthorized, unofficial promotional materials or sales
* Any other items deemed dangerous by the organizers.
◯Notes
❏Please note that we will not be accepting gifts for the members or placing flower arrangements at this performance. Please place any手紙in the designated mailbox located inside the venue.
❏Please note that creating and selling original merchandise using the artist's logo, photographs, etc. without permission is prohibited at this performance. This constitutes an infringement of copyright, portrait rights, and trademark rights.
❏Please note that the use of glow sticks, penlights, and other light-up items, noisemakers, fans, message boards, banners with messages written on them, and excessive head coverings are prohibited as they may interfere with the performance and inconvenience other customers. Thank you for your cooperation.
❏Photography, video recording, audio recording, and live streaming are strictly prohibited inside the venue (including the stage and audience areas) before and after the performance. If any of the above activities are discovered by staff, you may be asked to delete the data on the spot and leave the venue.
❏ Customers with standing area tickets will be required to watch the performance standing. Bringing in folding chairs or similar items, and sitting down within the standing area are prohibited.
❏Please cooperate with identity verification and security checks upon entry. Please arrive at the venue early with plenty of time to spare to avoid being late for entry or the start of the performance.
❏ Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the venue. In addition, the consumption of betel nut (a stimulant in Taiwan similar to chewing tobacco) and any food or drink other than drinking water are prohibited.
❏ Please watch the performance from the seat indicated on your real-name ticket. Please refrain from moving to other areas or seats without permission from the organizers.
❏ During the performance, please turn off or set to silent mode any electronic devices such as smartphones. Please ensure that no sound or light is emitted and that you do not disturb other audience members.
❏ In the event of an emergency, the organizers reserve the right to change, temporarily suspend, or cancel the content of this performance at any time.
❏ Listing tickets on resale websites, purchasing tickets, and reselling tickets around the venue are strictly prohibited. We will not be held responsible for any disputes between customers arising from such activities. No refunds will be given for tickets that are invalidated due to the discovery of resale activities.
❏ Please be aware that photographs and videos will be taken during the performance. You may appear in the photos and videos of the performance. In addition, the photographs and videos taken may be used in future merchandise, performance pamphlets, and other video works.
❏ This tour will not be live-streamed or broadcast. Please pay close attention to any information announced outside of the official back number account.
❏ Throwing objects onto the stage is prohibited. Violators may be asked to leave the venue.
❏ If it is confirmed that you have violated the above regulations, you may be denied entry, or if you have already entered, you may be asked to leave and denied re-entry. In such cases, tickets will not be refunded, so please be aware of this in advance.
