Information on childcare facilities at the venue [Updated 2/7]

Regarding the childcare facilities at the venues listed below, which have been available since the end of last year, we have received many applications and have now reached capacity for all performance dates, so we will no longer be accepting applications.

Additionally, we do not plan to accept additional applications or same-day applications in the future.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause to those who were considering using our service, and we appreciate your understanding.

It has been decided that childcare facilities will be set up at each performance of the "Grateful Yesterdays Tour 2026."

You will need to purchase a "childcare ticket" from the dedicated reception website.

■Childcare ticket fees

3,300 yen (tax included) per child

*Maximum of 2 children per parent.

■ Ticket application period

December 25, 2025 (Thursday) 12:00 to January 26, 2026 (Monday) 18:59

*This service is available to customers who have already purchased tickets for each performance.

*One parent with a performance ticket can purchase childcare tickets for up to two children.

*Available only during the designated time on the day of the performance.

*Children who can be looked after at the daycare center are between 1 and 6 years old (preschool age) on the day of the performance.

■ Childcare Center Information

Storage time: Reception begins from the time the doors open - approximately 30 minutes after the performance ends

Ages: 1 to 6 years old (preschool)

[Items to bring on the day]

・Drinks for the duration of childcare (water, barley tea, or other suitable drinks for hydration. Please refrain from carbonated drinks.)

・Diapers (please be sure to bring diapers for children who are undergoing training)

・Baby wipes (items you normally use for childcare)

・Change of clothes (underwear, etc.)

・Sweat towel

・Dirty bag (plastic bag)

・Please label all your luggage and make sure to bring it all together.

・Childcare will end (child collection time) within 30 minutes after the performance ends.

• Upon arrival, we will complete the necessary procedures, take your temperature, and have you fill out some forms.

*Even if you arrive after the show has started, you will still need to complete the necessary procedures.

・Please make sure your child has had a toilet and diaper change before coming.

・Please present your concert ticket and photo ID when dropping off or picking up your child.

*This is required to verify the parent's identity when picking up your child.

Please refrain from bringing personal toys into the nursery.

・As a general rule, please have your pet eaten before checking it in.

・As this is temporary childcare, in principle we will not be able to provide lunch boxes or meals.

・We are unable to provide food. If you wish, we will only accept food that does not require refrigeration, such as light meals (rice balls, bread, etc.) or snacks (only biscuits and rice crackers for infants). Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any illness that occurs in children as a result of eating food that has been left with us.

・When taking care of your child, we may not be able to accept them if we determine that their health condition on the day (fever (37.5℃ or higher), infectious disease, etc.) requires special attention or if their condition makes it difficult to accept them. Please understand this in advance. ・We cannot accept sick children or children recovering from illness. Please understand that we cannot be held responsible if your child's condition worsens during childcare.

Childcare staff cannot administer medication.

・If your child suddenly develops a fever or any other unforeseen circumstances arise, we will contact the parent/guardian by phone even if the performance is still in progress, and assist them in taking their child to their seat. *Child safety will be our top priority.

If there are any points that need attention regarding childcare, please be sure to let us know in advance when you check in.

・Please note that depending on the child's condition, we may not be able to provide childcare services due to the environment not being suitable.

• Strollers can be folded and stored at the childcare area. (We cannot accept valuables.)
