Ticket refund details

We will be issuing refunds for tickets to the following performances.

March 13th (Fri), 14th (Sat) Zepp Osaka Bayside performance (Osaka Prefecture)
March 19th (Thu), 20th (Fri/Holiday) BLUE LIVE HIROSHIMA performance (Hiroshima Prefecture)
March 28th (Sat), 29th (Fri) SENDAI GIGS performance (Miyagi Prefecture)
April 3rd (Fri) and 4th (Sat) Zepp Fukuoka performance (Fukuoka Prefecture)
April 10th (Fri), 11th (Sat) Zepp Tokyo performance (Tokyo)
April 17th (Fri), 18th (Sat) KT Zepp Yokohama performance (Kanagawa Prefecture)
April 22nd (Wed) and 23rd (Thu): Zepp Nagoya performance (Aichi Prefecture)

Refund period:
April 24, 2020 (Fri) - May 8, 2020 (Fri) 23:59

Refund method:
Tixplus will send an email to customers who purchased tickets regarding refund procedures.
Please note that refunds will be processed through eContext's "CASH POST" service.
The email will be sent to the PC email address used when purchasing tickets for the relevant performance (registered with your Plus member ID (formerly EMTG ID)). If you have not registered a PC email address, it will be sent to your mobile email address.
We plan to send out an email notification around 8:00 PM on Friday, April 24th, so please double-check your email address on your My Page.
If you need to change your email address, please do so through your My Page by April 21st (Tue) 23:59.

• •" one room party" is a live event exclusively for one room gold key members. There will be no general admission or admission for one room "silver key" members. Please note that even gold key members will be selected by lottery.
• ・Even if you have a ticket, you will not be admitted if you cancel your "one room gold key" membership before the day of the performance. *In this case, there will be no refund of the ticket price, so please renew your membership as soon as possible.
• ・ All attendees will be required to present a photo ID for identity verification upon entry. Entry will not be permitted for anyone other than the person whose name is displayed on the ticket (the name registered with the fan club), nor will entry be permitted with the ticket alone. *Please check your registration status on the "Member Information Confirmation/Change" section of your My Page after logging into one room website.
• ・Entry to "one room party" will be via electronic ticket. If you have a smartphone, please be sure to apply using the "electronic ticket" option.
• ・We will be giving away a "one room party original gift" to everyone who attends on the day of the event. We cannot provide the gift at a later date or mail it to those who are unable to attend.
• ・We do not accept cancellations after winning or purchasing tickets for any reason whatsoever. Please also note that we cannot compensate for travel expenses, transportation costs, accommodation costs, etc., if you are unable to enter the venue.

2F Reserved Seats (Zepp Tokyo / Zepp Osaka Bayside / Zepp Nagoya / Zepp Sapporo / SENDAI GIGS / Zepp Fukuoka / KT Zepp Yokohama) *For venues with 2F reserved seats, you can choose your seat type when applying.

Eligibility

Those who meet all of the following conditions

• 1. For "one room" gold key valid members at the time of ticket purchase and on the day of the performance.
  • *If your membership expires on the day of the performance, please be sure to renew it by the day before.
  • *Please note that your subscription cannot be renewed if it expires one month ago.
• 2. Only those who can definitely attend the performance on the day (entry is not permitted for anyone other than the ticket holder).
• 3. Those who can bring a photo ID on the day of the performance (copies are not accepted).
  • *Preschool children not allowed
  • *Please note that children who cannot participate alone are not permitted to be accompanied by a guardian or staff member.
  • *Minors must obtain parental consent before applying. By applying or participating, you are deemed to have obtained consent.
