    What are the application qualifications?

    A

    Only those who meet all of the following conditions may apply.

    ① For "one room" gold key valid members at the time of ticket purchase and on the day of the performance.
    *If your membership expires on the day of the performance, please be sure to renew it by the day before.
    *Please note that your subscription cannot be renewed if it expires more than one month ago.

    ② Only those who can definitely attend the performance on the day (entry is not permitted for anyone other than the person themselves).

    ③ Those who can bring a photo ID on the day of the performance (copies are not accepted).

    Even if you join within the application period, you can still apply for tickets.

    However, the time it takes to complete Gold Key membership registration (issuance of membership number) varies depending on the payment method.
    If you register at the last minute before the registration deadline, you may not be able to apply for tickets in time, so please complete the procedure with plenty of time to spare.

    ● If you register using credit card payment
    Once you enter the required information and the procedure is complete, payment will be processed immediately, and you will soon receive an email containing your membership number.

    ● If you register using convenience store payment
    After making your payment at a convenience store, the process will be completed within 150 minutes, and you will receive an email containing your membership number.

    Is it not possible to apply for Silver Key?

    A

    "one room Party" is a live event exclusively for one room Gold Key members.
    There will be no general sale or ticket reservations for one room "silver key" members.

    *Duplicate registration of gold key and silver key is not permitted.

    After canceling your Silver Key membership, please log in via the [Login] page using your registered email address or ARTIST ID and password to proceed with the payment process for your Gold Key membership.

    Can I apply for cancellation even if I have already been selected in the first or second round of applications?

    A

    Even if you have already won and paid for tickets through the FC Member-only application or the FC Member-only second application, you can still apply for tickets to a different performance from the one you were previously selected for through the cancellation application process.

    When I log in to the reception page, it says "Application requirements are not met."

    A

    If you have multiple id ARTIST IDs, there may be an error in the email address (or id ARTIST ID) you entered.
    Please check your registered email address for one room once again via the "My Page" → "Member Information Confirmation/Change" section on one room website.

    What if I don't have photo ID?

    A

    Please either obtain a new photo ID before the performance date, or bring two of the following documents. (Copies are not accepted.)

    ・ Health insurance card
    ・Basic Resident Registration Card (without photo)
    ・Employee ID card (no photo)
    • Student ID (without photo)
    ・Credit card
    ・Cash card

    If you do not bring the required identification, we will be unable to verify your identity, and you will not be admitted even if you have a ticket.
    If you forget your identification, or if you are not the person whose name is printed on the ticket, you will be denied entry, including to family members.
    Please note that we cannot issue a refund in that case.

    When I registered as a member, I registered under a name other than my own.

    A

    At one room, we strictly prohibit applications made under someone else's name, or applications made anonymously or under a false name.
    As stated in Article 6 of the Membership Agreement, we cannot accept transfers or name changes of membership after enrollment, including for family members.

    Furthermore, as stated in Article 8 of the Membership Agreement, if any false or duplicate information is found in your membership registration, your membership will be suspended.
    In that case, please note that you will not be admitted even if you come on the day of the event.

    I would like to change the name registered in the fan club.

    Can I get in with just a ticket?

    A

    Unlike regular live performances, "one room party" is a live event exclusively for one room gold key members.
    Upon entry, all visitors will be required to present a photo ID for identity verification.

    Please note that you cannot enter with a ticket alone.
    Please be sure to check the "Entry and Identity Verification on the Day of the Performance" section on the "one room party vol.5" special website by the day before the performance.

    [Electronic tickets] Can I display electronic tickets if I change to a new smartphone?

    Download the Ticket Plaza e-ticket app again on your new smartphone.
    Please log in using the email address or ID (ARTIST ID) you registered with one room.

    After logging in, you will be asked to register the phone number of your device in order to identify it.
    *You cannot register phone numbers such as landlines or IP phones.

    If you exceed the limit on the number of device changes, you will need to follow the prescribed procedures, and we may need to check your usage status. Please be aware of this in advance.

    - Changing the device used and reinstalling the app: Up to twice a month
    - Change of registered phone number: Up to twice a year

    The renewal period is one month before and after the expiration month, so members whose membership expires before the day of the performance can...

    Please note that electronic tickets are scheduled to be displayed two weeks before each performance date, but if your "gold key" has expired at that time, the electronic ticket will not be displayed.
    Please note that for paper tickets, if the "gold key" has expired, we will stop shipping them.
