We will be verifying the identity of all attendees upon entry. Please bring all necessary identification documents with you when you come to the venue.

If you cancel your "one room gold key" membership, you will not be able to enter the premises.

• Please note that in such cases, ticket refunds will not be provided.
• Please note that your membership will be automatically canceled if you do not renew it within one month of its expiration date.
• Please be sure to complete the renewal process by the day before the performance.

Important Notes (Please be sure to read)

• Entry is not permitted for anyone other than the person whose name is printed on the ticket, and entry is not permitted with the ticket alone.
• You cannot change the name of the person registered with the fan club. Joining on behalf of someone else is prohibited by the terms and conditions.
• Entry will be refused under any circumstances if your ticket has expired, you forget your ticket or identification, or if you are not the person whose name is printed on the ticket (including family members). Please note that no refunds will be given in such cases.

About photo ID

• Your name registered with the fan club will be displayed or printed on the ticket. Please be sure to bring identification that verifies that name. *Please check your registration status on one room website's My Page. one room website "My Page" → "Member Information Confirmation/Change" → "Confirmation/Change Registration Details"
• Please bring one of the following photo IDs. (Copies are not accepted.)

• During the identity verification process, we will compare your identification against a designated form of identification. Therefore, if you are wearing a mask or similar item, we will ask you to remove it before we can verify your identity.
• If it is discovered that your identification is forged, you will not be admitted.
