We ask for your cooperation so that everyone attending the event can enjoy the live performance comfortably until the very end.
- • The "queue number" is required for entry, and entry will be in order of these numbers starting from the opening time. You can enter when the number on your ticket is called.
- • After entering, please watch the show from any location you like within the standing area. Your assigned number does not indicate your viewing location. (Customers in the second-floor seating area should watch from the seat indicated on their ticket.)
- Moshing (pushing and shoving) and stage diving, as well as any other actions that may endanger other customers, and cutting in line or moving to a different spot are extremely dangerous and therefore prohibited.
- The area near the front of the stage will be very crowded. Please be aware of this if you are a child, have low stamina, are feeling unwell, or are not used to standing-room-only concerts.
- ・You will be standing for an extended period, so please take your physical condition into consideration while enjoying the show. If you are feeling unwell, please speak to a nearby staff member.
- If you notice someone nearby who appears unwell, please be considerate of other customers or inform a nearby staff member.
- Please refrain from placing luggage, plastic bottles, or other items on the floor, as this is not only inconvenient for other customers but also extremely dangerous.
- We recommend that you leave your luggage, large bags, coats, etc., in coin lockers or cloakrooms at or around the venue beforehand.
- Furthermore, the organizers will not be held responsible for any loss or theft of luggage or other items that are not checked in.
- Please avoid wearing heels or sandals, and we recommend wearing comfortable shoes such as sneakers.
- Please refrain from wearing hats or similar items during the performance, as they may obstruct the view of those behind you.
- Bringing umbrellas into the seating area during rain or snow is extremely dangerous and therefore prohibited. A simple umbrella stand will be set up at the venue entrance, so please use that.
Folding umbrellas are permitted, but please be sure to put them in your bag or leave them in coin lockers or cloakrooms at or near the venue.
