Regarding refunds for the Fukuoka performances (August 31st, September 1st)
We extend our deepest sympathies to all those affected by Typhoon No. 10.
For customers who were unable to attend due to the suspension of public transportation caused by the typhoon, we will refund the ticket price.
Please note that refund procedures vary depending on where you purchased the item.
Please check the refund method below and complete the procedure yourself.
Refund period:
September 10, 2024 (Tuesday) 10:00 to September 24, 2024 (Tuesday) 23:59
●We will not be able to process refunds under any circumstances after the refund period has expired. Also, please refrain from using your electronic ticket, as refunds will not be possible once it has been marked as "used."
●The refund amount will be the ticket price indicated on the ticket.
<<Customers who purchased tickets through Lawson Ticket>>
Lawson Ticket will send an email to the email address you provided when you made your purchase with instructions on how to receive a refund for customers who have not yet entered (unused) tickets and are eligible for a refund.
*The email will be sent to the representative's email address.
*Tickets purchased through FC pre-sale or official ticket resale will also be processed through Lawson Ticket.
If you have set up spam filters (such as domain-specific receiving), please make sure to configure your settings to allow emails from "l-tike.com" and "ent.lawson.co.jp".
If you do not receive the email, please check your spam folder.
*For refunds, we will use the "CASHPOST" service provided by DG Financial Technology Co., Ltd. (Registration Number: Kanto Local Finance Bureau Director No. 00094), a money transfer service provider under the jurisdiction of the Financial Services Agency.
