To all visitors

We have compiled a list of prohibited activities, precautions, and requests for visitors, so please be sure to check them before coming.

Regarding electronic tickets

  • Electronic tickets can only be received via smartphone. If you purchase multiple tickets, you can choose to distribute the electronic tickets to your companions or enter together.
    If you are unable to display your electronic ticket for any reason, including losing or having your smartphone stolen or forgetting it on the day of the performance, you will not be admitted.
  • Cancellations after winning or purchasing will not be accepted under any circumstances.
  • Please note that even if a refund is issued due to the postponement or cancellation of a performance, we will not be able to refund any fees other than the ticket price.
  • Ticket refunds will not be issued even if performers, including guest artists, cancel or change their appearances.
  • If you have a ticket that appears to have been resold, we may ask you to show us a photo ID upon entry.
    *If we are unable to verify your identity, we may refuse your entry. Please note that we cannot compensate for ticket costs, travel expenses, transportation costs, accommodation costs, etc., if you are denied entry.

Regarding health management

  • You may have to wait outside the venue for an extended period during merchandise sales and before the doors open. Please take your own health into consideration and be sure not to overexert yourself.
  • Please make sure to stay hydrated by drinking plenty of fluids.
  • While you may use a parasol in the queue for purchasing merchandise, please refrain from using it in the sales area for safety reasons. Also, please be considerate of other customers when queuing to avoid any trouble caused by using a parasol.
    We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation to ensure safe and smooth operation.
  • If you feel unwell at the venue, please inform a nearby staff member immediately.

Regarding prohibited actions

  • Please refrain from any actions that may disturb nearby houses or facilities.
  • Photography, audio recording, and video recording are strictly prohibited during the performance. Customers with cameras, video cameras, etc., should leave them with the staff at the entrance or put them away in their bags.
  • Taking photos or videos with mobile phones or other devices inside the venue is prohibited at all times, from the time the venue opens until you leave after the performance, regardless of whether the stage is visible or not. Furthermore, taking photos, recording audio or video, and distributing them, infringes on the artists' rights, including copyright and portrait rights, and is strictly prohibited. Customers with mobile phones are requested to turn them off or set them to silent mode.
    If we suspect that you are engaging in any of the above behaviors, our staff may approach you to speak.
  • The use of glow sticks, penlights, and other light-up items, noisemakers, fans, message boards, and excessive head coverings is prohibited as they may interfere with the performance and disturb other audience members. This prohibition also applies during guest artist performances. Thank you for your cooperation.
  • We kindly ask that you refrain from organizing your own events inside the venue, as this may disrupt the performance and cause inconvenience to other attendees. Regarding events held outside the venue, we ask that you be considerate of others, including other attendees, the general public, and the facility itself, and strictly adhere to proper etiquette.
  • Please refrain from occupying a space in large groups or making loud noises.

Regarding other important notes

  • You are welcome to cheer, shout, sing, talk, and make noise during the performance, but please refrain from making noise at a volume or frequency that may cause discomfort to other audience members and ensure that you do not disrupt their viewing experience.
  • Please refrain from excessive drinking or visiting while intoxicated, as this may disturb other customers.
    Anyone who does not follow the instructions of staff inside or outside the venue, or who engages in any other disruptive behavior, may be forcibly removed. Please note that no refunds will be given for tickets or other expenses in such cases.
  • Please be aware that video, photographs, and audio recordings of the venue, including the audience, may be made public.
  • We regretfully decline all flowers and gifts.
  • Please place any手紙for the members, including those addressed to guest artists, into the mailbox provided at the venue.
  • Carry-on suitcases are not permitted inside the venue. Please leave them in coin lockers or other facilities near the venue before arriving.
  • Smoking is prohibited inside the venue. Please smoke only in designated areas.
  • The organizers and venue will not be held responsible for any accidents, thefts, or other incidents that occur inside or outside the venue. Please take sufficient care of your valuables.
  • The organizers will not be held responsible for any disputes between customers.
  • Customers using wheelchairs must contact the ticket office for each performance at least three days before the performance after their tickets have been issued.

The above-mentioned precautions may be revised depending on the circumstances.
We ask for your cooperation so that everyone attending can enjoy the live performance to the very end.

Regarding waiting for performers to enter and leave venues and public facilities

Waiting for the band members at live venues, train stations, airports, other public transportation, or accommodations is prohibited.
Please note that we cannot provide autographs, handshakes, or accept gifts at these locations. Please also refrain from taking photos or calling out the members' names.
This not only causes inconvenience to the general public, but it can also lead to trouble or serious accidents for those involved. Furthermore, such behavior by a few individuals creates an unfair situation for the many people who support us while respecting proper etiquette.

We are very grateful for your support of our members, but for the safety of our members and everyone else, we ask for your cooperation.
