Regarding admission on the day

If you cancel your "one room gold key" membership, you will not be able to enter the premises.

• Please note that in such cases, ticket refunds will not be provided.
• Please note that your membership will be automatically canceled if you do not renew it within one month of its expiration date.
• Please be sure to complete the renewal process by the day before the performance.

• To prevent resale, tickets for this performance will be delivered via the "back number app," and the purchaser's name and photo will be displayed on the ticket.
• Those who have been selected must complete the registration of their facial photo before entering the venue.
• Both the applicant and their accompanying person must register a photo of themselves.
• Please note that it may take some time for your photo to be reviewed and approved.
• The name registered to your Plus member ID at the time of application will be displayed on the ticket. Only the ticket holder will be admitted. We will not accept any changes for any reason, so please be careful not to make any mistakes or omissions when applying.
• Name changes are not permitted after application.
  If your surname registered with the fan club changes due to unforeseen circumstances, please bring identification showing your new surname on the day of the performance.
• The electronic ticket will display the purchaser's name and photo. At each venue, you will be required to present your electronic ticket upon entry to verify the identity of all attendees. If we are unable to verify your identity, you will be denied entry regardless of the reason.
• If you have not registered a facial photograph, you will be denied entry. Even if your facial photograph is registered, if it is difficult to verify your identity, you will be asked to present a valid form of identification that can verify the name printed on your ticket. Please see "Regarding Photo Identification" for details.

Important Notes (Please be sure to read)

• Entry is not permitted for anyone other than the person whose name is printed on the ticket, and entry is not permitted with the ticket alone.
• You cannot change the name registered with the fan club. Joining on behalf of someone else is prohibited by the terms and conditions.
• Entry will be refused under any circumstances if your ticket has expired, you forget your ticket or identification, or if you are not the person whose name is on the ticket (including family members). Please note that no refunds will be given in such cases.
• Please refrain from excessive drinking or visiting while intoxicated, as this may disturb other customers.
  Anyone who does not follow the instructions of staff inside or outside the venue, or who engages in any other disruptive behavior, may be forcibly removed from the premises.
  Please note that no refunds will be given for ticket prices or other related costs in that case.

About photo ID

• Your name registered with the fan club will be displayed on the ticket. Please be sure to bring identification that verifies that name. *Please check your registration status on one room website's My Page. one room website "My Page" → "Member Information Confirmation/Change" → "Confirmation/Change Registration Details"
• Please bring one of the following photo IDs. (Copies are not accepted.)
