    What are the application qualifications?

    A

    Only those who meet all of the following conditions may apply.

    [Eligibility Requirements]
    ① For "one room" gold key valid members at the time of ticket purchase and on the day of the performance.
    *Please note that your subscription cannot be renewed if it expires more than one month ago.

    ② Those who can definitely attend the performance on the day (entry is not permitted for anyone other than the ticket holder)
    *Preschool children not allowed
    *Parents and staff are not permitted to accompany participants.
    *Minors must obtain parental consent before applying. By applying or participating, you are deemed to have obtained consent.

    ・If you are selected, you and any accompanying guests must register your photos on Ticketpla by the deadline. Entry will be denied if you do not register your photos.
    The electronic ticket will display the purchaser's name and photo. At each venue, you will be required to present your electronic ticket upon entry to verify the identity of all attendees. If we are unable to verify your identity, you will be denied entry regardless of the reason.
    If you have not registered a photo of yourself, you will be denied entry. Even if you have registered a photo, if it is difficult to verify your identity, you will be asked to present a valid form of identification that can verify the name printed on your ticket.     Can I apply for ticket reception if I join now?

    A

    Those who have completed their one room Gold Key membership registration within the ticket application period are eligible to apply.

    However, the time it takes to complete your Gold Key membership registration (issuance of your membership number) varies depending on the payment method. If you register close to the end of the registration period, you may not be able to apply for tickets in time, so please allow ample time for the process.

    ● If you register using credit card payment
    Once you enter the required information and the procedure is complete, payment will be processed immediately, and you will soon receive an email containing your membership number.

    ● If you register using convenience store payment
    After making your payment at a convenience store, the process will be completed within 150 minutes, and you will receive an email containing your membership number.

    When I registered as a member, I registered under a name other than my own.

    At one room, we strictly prohibit applications made under someone else's name, or applications made anonymously or under a false name.
    As stated in Article 3 of the Membership Agreement, we cannot accept transfers or name changes of membership after enrollment, including for family members.
    Furthermore, if any false or duplicate information is discovered in your membership registration, your membership will be suspended.
    In that case, please note that you will not be admitted even if you come on the day of the event.

    "one room Party" is a live event exclusively for "one room" Gold Key members.
    Even if you have a ticket, you will not be admitted if you cancel your "one room gold key" membership before the day of the performance.
    *Please note that we cannot refund the ticket price in that case.

    You can check your current expiration date on the TOP page after logging into one room website.
    The renewal period is one month before and after the expiration month, so members whose membership expires before the day of the performance can...

    Unlike regular live performances, "one room party" is a live event exclusively for one room gold key members.
    Those who have been selected are required to register their photo before coming to the venue.
    Both the applicant and their accompanying person must register their facial photographs.
